A Greenville homeowner came to us with a 3-acre historic property that had no outdoor lighting at all. The home is over 100 years old and full of custom architectural character, so the homeowner wanted a lighting design that honored the property rather than overpowering it. The goal was custom lighting around every tree, the outdoor fireplace, and the driveways.
We designed a complete landscape lighting system using custom copper fixtures chosen to complement the home’s historic character. Because of the project’s scale, the planning and installation took a full month. The finished system highlights the estate’s mature trees and outdoor living spaces while making the long driveways safer to navigate at night.
This Greenville homeowner had an existing landscape lighting system that was outdated and no longer working. Rather than patching the old setup, they wanted a complete refresh with modern fixtures, updated path lighting, and more focused lighting on the home itself.
We replaced every fixture around the home and expanded the system to cover the pool and backyard. All 25 new fixtures are solid brass, custom finished to match the home’s exterior. The result is a cohesive, modern design that accents the architecture, lights the walkways, and extends the use of the outdoor living areas after sunset.
A Greenville church needed better lighting for its sign so members and guests could easily find it after dark. The existing lights weren’t doing the job.
We removed the old lighting and installed new brass fixtures mounted on risers, which lift the light source for better angles and even, clear illumination across the sign face. We also installed a dedicated timer so the lights turn on and off automatically, keeping the system running year-round with no maintenance required from church staff.
The Thornblade HOA in Greenville wanted its community entrance lighting refreshed and replaced. The existing layout and fixtures no longer showed the entry off the way the neighborhood deserved.
We redesigned the entire lighting layout, removed the old fixtures and wiring, and installed wall-wash style fixtures. Their wider beam angle spreads light evenly across the entrance walls, creating a welcoming first impression for residents and guests arriving at night.
